Refund policy

we have a 7 day return policy. Returns submitted after the 7-day window may unfortunately not be processed.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Responsibility for Return Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item simply because you no longer want it, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a faulty or damaged product, flumptious glow will cover the cost of return shipping, provided the return request is made within 7 days of receipt.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described:

  • We will first offer a replacement (subject to stock availability).
  • If a replacement is not available, you may choose a full refund.
  • All returned items will be inspected before a replacement or refund is issued.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Due to hygiene, safety, and legal considerations, certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds. These include:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items
  • Pierced jewellery such as earrings
  • Opened health, beauty, or personal care products


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Product-Specific Return Conditions

  • Electronics: All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included. Customers must remove all personal data and reset devices to factory settings before return. 

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We offer a 24-hour window to cancel or modify your order before it enters our fulfillment process. If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us

 

Handling and Restocking Fee

For returns due to change of mind, a 15% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • The original delivery fee is non-refundable for returns due to change of mind


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
